Couch to 5K


Hi everyone I'm really enjoying reading your posts! Am on week 4, Day 1 and have not had to drop or repeat any sessions yet, so am feeling great! Thought I'd share info on a couple of things: #walk1000miles is a challenge to cover 1000 miles during 2016 - which my runs are contributing to, and there's also which is s fundraising challenge (for the MS Society) in the Lake District (there's also a 5in5) for which you walk (or run) 10 LD peaks! Happy Days indeed!! 😄👣👣👣👣
