This is going to be an alternating "good news/bad news" post. Bad news: it is currently -17 degrees C (2 degrees F) and icy outside. Good news: my apartment has a free gym. Bad news: both treadmills were out. Good news: the elliptical works. Bad news: running on an elliptical feels weird. Good news: I got a good 30 minute workout. Bad news: I needed a shower before dinner. Good news: it felt marvelous. Bad news: the power went out on my block. Good news: I have a phone and flashlight. Bad news: the heat is also out. Good news: blankies. Ok, enough already lol. Either way, my run before literal darkness fell was a good one. I'm just going to wrap up here and snack on some cheese and maybe peanut butter too. Cheers everyone! 😉

Thanks! Yep, the power is back on now. I got cold and went to bed earlier. So hooray for extra sleep.
