I graduated last week. And over the weekend, I popped a celebratory bottle of bubbly which felt good!
So...here is what I have been up to since I graduated.
I have had 2 outdoor runs - one 6K and one 3.8K - and one indoor run on treadmill.
The plan is to do 3 runs per week:
First run on treadmill where every 5th minute, I do at higher speed
Second run on treadmill where every 5th minute, I do at higher elevation
Third run outdoors where I simply run
I have done the first and third one so far and I will be doing the second run tomorrow evening.
Outdoors has been fun. There have been puddles all over the place which meant I had to change my route 4 times during a single run.
All in all, just taking things in my stride and enjoying running
