Enjoyed Parkrun this morning although muddy & slippery (I must get a pair of trail shoes)..and we ran it the opposite way to usual, which made a nice change, seemed just a tad easier doing the hill the other way, got down'n dirty!...

Nice one Dave! I love mud on my shoes. My hubby started to clear it off my running shoes the other day and I told him to stop. It all adds to their character!

So what colour did they used to be? Wonder why they don't just make trail shoes brown anyway?

Look like my shoes. I only run on trails because of knee issues so my shoes are permanently covered in mud
