Not just because Laura said so, but because I went out in pouring rain and wind this morning to do run 3 of week 6 and didn't even think about not going out. So did my 25 minutes of non stop running and it felt great, went even better than the 20 minute session last week. I'm loving running and loving the people on this forum for keeping me motivated.
I'm officially a runner: Not just because Laura... - Couch to 5K
I'm officially a runner
well done Sandy welcome to this amazing club called running
Well, since it's official, there's no going back now!
Well done on the 25 min run - and on getting out in the autumn weather! It's always worth it.
Good luck with week 7 - and happy running!

Well done. Did the same this morning.
Was tough on my usual route as the farmer had ploughed his field, so was extra muddy.
Shoes weighed a tonne, so really pleased I completed 25 mins non stop with what felt like steel toe capped boots on!
Good lass! Well done on getting out there irrespective of rain or blow. Wakes you up doesn't it and you come back energised. Well I hope so anyway
Yep you're a runner all right! Don't ever doubt it baby! Yeeeeeehaaaaa!
Well done Sandy! Weathers looking good for Parkrun tomorrow, I shall be doing it.. may get a tad muddy though on the trail, what with the recent rain..😀
Running in the rain is just the best!!!! Well done!!! You are a runner and will be a graduate before you know it!!!! Xx
Well done Sandy. You just have to make sure you don't let weather get in the way - might involve shopping for additional bits, especially if you're going to be out in the dark too.
Shopping for running gear is something I find hard to resist..
