Week 8

Seven weeks down and dusted, a few injury gremlins along the way but considering the fact that I hadn't done any sustained exercise since I left school (I'm 42!) and am overweight by half again I'll take all that. Two weeks till graduation and I'm so excited. I'm happier and healthier and preaching the benefits to anyone that will listen. Even Laura says I'm a runner so it must be true :-)

Bring on week 8 I love a good challenge.........

Fun post! I think one or two niggly pains are bound to happen as long as rest allows recovery. Just nice and steady to the end now. I managed a parkrun for my graduation which was good, do u have one nearby? All abilities and ages are heartily cheered and clapped all the way round! After graduation, will b great to settle into ur own running routine, fantastic, very excited for u!! Julie
