That's the best find you'll ever make!
Take each session very steadily. Keep going slowly and you'll finish safely. Laura will drip feed info to you in little bits each week, so you'll not get overwhelmed. Just be slow and you'll have enough puff to finish each session. The only thing to do is to finish. Don't worry about pace/time/speed at all!

It may not sound a lot to have done one week of running, but you have done the hardest part - got off the couch and made it out of the door.
Take it steadily and in a couple of months time you will look back at this and be amazed at how far you have come (both literally and figuratively). If you can resist the temptation to run too fast too soon (and it is tempting at times) then you'll be a runner before you know it.

Thanks everyone. I have been doing extra running so unsure if this is a good or bad thing? I started the programme on the 12th oct. between then and yesterday I had listened to the week one podcast 7 times. In other words I've ran 7 days out of 9. Is this a bad or a good thing? I am having a rest day today so wil do some other form of fitness instead and get back to running tomorrow. Probably start week 2. Advice appreciated.
