Like others here I did park run this morning. I have done it before. This was along the front and quite a new one. My aim was to not be last and do under 40 mins. I was 114 out of 120 and did 31.55.

Wow. Speedy event. Most of our 5k races in Canada I'd be sitting middle of the pack at that speed - some folks take an hour to finish. Well done.
It's a pretty flat course.
