Me, me, me! I called in this morning on my way to work. I got 2 x long trousers, the hi-viz LED cap And the blue jacket. Well chuffed!

Me!!! Can't wait, I work a half day today, finish at 1 and work opposite an Aldi so I will be hot footing over there I want some of the gloves, went out for a 5k saunter yesterday and wasn't prepared for how cold my hand would be!!

Thanks for the reminder!! Dashed down and they still had a few things ( oh well- ok-'quite' a few things) in my size!!! OH has just started c25k so he got some goodies too-I've got a chest cold at the moment so will just have to sit and look at them for now.

I bought the gilet. I wanted some gloves too but they were baggy and the material wasn't great - doubt they would keep my hands warm so will be looking elsewhere for gloves (and a beanie hat)

Definitely worth popping in for a look. I just didn't really like the quality of the gloves but everything else looked good.

I followed your advice, but all the French Aldi had to offer was nightwear. So I went to Decathlon and bought myself some socks and a running top to comfort myself.

I got a womens short sleeved compression top and a long sleeved one - fit is good but I won't be out and about with them on show - burst sausages would look more svelte than me in them

Also got a cap. Don't know if I'll wear that as I havent worn caps for running in the last couple of winters but thought I'd try it and can use it with my head torch (haven't switched the LED light in the peak on yet so not sure how effective it is).

Looked at the trousers and capris and, whilst they look good, I have more than enough of each to be able to justify them. Actually meant to get some socks and forgot!

Yep I popped in after work today and got some gloves and a headband. I'm not a lover of hats but don't particularly like cold ears either !!

I went for the aqua blue stuff.

I got the hooded lightweight running jacket

the long sleeved v neck top

the turquoise buff

and the LED running cap. Tried it on in the bathroom with the light off. Ooooh it works! You have to switch it on on the battery, and the on/off switch is in the brim.

It took me ages in the tiny Aldi to find the stuff!!! They are terrible at displaying stuff. What a complete mish mash of a shop. It drives me berserk! Perfectly good products chucked about like a rummage sale. Grrrrr

I got the pink zip nech seamless top, and a long sleeve compression top. I got a short sleeve one from there last year and love it but it's not warm enough for winter.

I also popped into Iceland next door and got some Curly Wurlys! CurlyGurly loves Curly Wurly! Missed them so much while I've been away!
