Well went for my first run tonight, after not being for one since last Monday, I am pleased to say I managed 25 mins....ok I know this isn't the 30 minutes but considering I thought I would only manage 20 minutes with how I was feeling - I was really chuffed!!!

Yep, 5 minutes more than you expected! Good stuff!

My theory is that once you graduate you can be a bit more flexible depending how you feel. Shorter runs are definitely better than no runs!

I need to get some warmer running clothes, however last night was quite cold but I ran in short sleeves which felt very comfortable. I am a bit anxious that the winter weather will put me off but I really don't intend being put off if I can help it!! My C25K has been a bit stop/start but I want to keep going and graduate, next run will be W7R2. My plan is next year to try a fun run or two and enter One Big Weekend Edinburgh 2016. Hope I am not being too ambitious. Lastly if you haven't heard of her Google "Mirna Valerio" . She is American and abig gal but her story and running blogs are so interesting. Her blog is called Fat Girl Running... inspiring!!
