I'm probably the worst person to give advice as today I decided I could go for a brisk walk and now I'm here nursing my worsening knee... so wait until it has healed!

Bad news Paola, patience is so very hard when the weather's good and your shoes are beckoning. Sending healing thoughts xx

Wait a while before running. You might make it worse. Good luck

Honestly, you need to wait until you're pain free. Anything else will exacerbate the injury and prolong your stay on the injury couch. :( You could always use the time to put together a really great running compilation :)
