I've never actually run in a hoodie, but at that price it's worth a try. I wondered if the noise of the hood as I ran would get on my wick.

Just had a look at the website. They have those seamless compression tops! I have had mine yonks and wear it to death through winter, even on the plot! Mine is a nicer colour than next week's offerings though. Pity about that! Tsk

I see they have running hats with an LED on the brim, and in my fave colour to match my shoes; the turquoise! So, that's running hoodie, hat and the long sleeved top, and I might just get some more socks

Yes it does! Very warm!! I wear it under my running jacket, take the jacket off and tie it round my waist when I've warmed up. I only wear the compression top when it's really cold as you'd get too hot. Good for longer, slower runs. Mine is pink with a purple contrast. Two colours are woven together and it's really nice, with slimming stripes and panels. Lovely!

Sounds lovely I love pink ! Need one of those in my Winter kit! BTW my tummy and boobs are the place that get really cold when I push myself I think it's because it's the only place with any fat and all the blood rushes to my muscles

It's not often that as runners we get seriously cold as we're not usually out for too long. Makes sense to take a lightweight running jacket to wear on the warm-ups and cool-downs.

I bought all sorts of warmer tops (fleecy looking jobs) to run in but they're just too hot
