You've managed weeks 1, 2 and 3, haven't you? You can manage week 4 then. Just believe in the programme and you'll be fine. We know you can do it. Just trust us and get out there. Enjoy...
It looks scary all the way through until week 7 when I became overconfident and needed to calm down, then it was all over before I knew it LOL!
It is scary, but that's OK, because you're brave. You wouldn't be at this point if you hadn't faced a fear or two along the way. Hope you enjoy your Week 4.
It IS challenging. It is NOT scary. Don't ever fear the challenge or you will tense up, which is exactly the wrong thing to do. Relax, remember all the progress you have already made and relish the challenge. Take it easy and you will sail through.

I've just done 5.1
Actually found week 4 ok, but I did cue up my music with a story song I knew was the right length so I could feel the progress. Keep at it, it's doable
The scariest part of this whole programme is starting it and you've already cracked that part!
Every week is a gradual and natural progression over the previous week so at week 4 you've already made great progress.
Keep going, you'll be fine!
