I heard somebody say that they couldn't run a bath!
Somebody else said that they couldn't run out of sight on a dark night!

go out and NOT drink on a Saturday night - I never had the willpower! now with much longer Sunday runs, I know it's the only way.
Does this count?
I couldn't run errands (meaning that I had no energy and wanted to laze about).
Well I couldn't run the length of myself before C25K & now I can!
There's a specific hill that I always struggled to walk up without stopping for a breather or two. Now I can walk right up it without a problem. I can't run up it yet, but I'm working on it. ☺
I used to say 'the only thing that ran in my family was insanity'.
Donate blood. This is what started this whole thing for me. Over 2014 my resting pulse rate kept rising, till it was something like 110, and I realised that if that trend went on I would be in big trouble. It's now about 70, which is what it's supposed to be.
My trainers are now essential sports equipment... not a fashion accessory.
And that extra stamina has so many new benefits
I used to say couldn't run for love nor money. Now I run for Love and bling 😀
Before C25k I couldn't imagine me saying "For our wedding anniversary, shall we go hill running as a treat?" 💑
Before running, I would never have contemplated a pair of trail shoes as a potential Christmas present!!😅
I can run for the train now- used to think it was hopeless to try and run. Mostly I catch them.
before c25k I used to run across roads looking like a penguin waddling, I love penguins but I hated looking like one running, now I don't run like a penguin I run like an actual human being running
When I first started running, the only thing that would run was my nose, now I feel fitter and can sprint a short distance..😄
Unfortunately I still can't run for a bus, a train, across the road or even the length of myself unless I have a sports bra on! And I only wear one for 'proper' running 😊
Walk up the stairs without heaving myself up on the handrail. I can run up several flights now no problem.
I couldn't run the length of myself and definitely couldn't fit into size 10 in anything!
I couldn't sleep as well. I still have a bit of insomnia, but I'm not awake for hours on end in the middle of the night anymore.
