wet feet!

The last two runs have been through long wet grass and my super saucany shoes, which are great in the dry, leave my feet squelching! Can you get trail shoes which keep some of the wet stuff out and match a gait analysis? Looks like the Bank holiday run will be a wet one too!

Are you wearing running socks? Mine seem to keep my feet dry, but I'm probably not doing the same sort of running as you.

they are designed to let water pass through. Best to leave off your socks when it's wet. Or, you can buy some "Skins" socks, which keep your feet dry so you don't feel that uncomfy cold squelch

Must admit was wearing my cotton socks, tried my running socks last night not so wet. Perhaps I'll stick to the paths when it's raining.
