I fulfilled the promise to myself after completing the Bristol 10k of getting some new running shoes - a big welcome please :-). Took them out for their first outing this morning and a lovely time we had.

Don't know much about running shoes but thanks to updates here I've heard of Asics and they are what I had in mind. Wow, they're pricey aren't they?! But managed to get a 'bargain' on Amazon.

Like Rig's newbies they're Gt2000 V3.
