Week 4 for the 4th time

Just run week 4 again and I feel good! I did 3.7 km... Not 5 but I aim to get there this time. I'm doing Laura's strength and flexibility podcast on alternate days.

Sounds like you are doing well - bring on week 5!

I've no idea how far I've run doing week 4. I suspect it's less than 5k anyway. Do you use another app to log the distance?

I use strava as it's good for cycling too. I just see how far I'm running.
