Also wanted to share the relief that I got through W5 R2 a lot more unscathed than I thought I'd be!

( then realises a LOT of people in his office are staring at him.. climbs down slowly.. and sits back down again) and realises he was being a BIT too overblown in his praise. so ' un-English'

err.. Jolly well done .. good effort young gal..

And the knee exercises are helping, If I keep getting a sore bum after all those squats Xenas legs could well almost nearly be mine lol

Might have to put a Garmin on my Christmas/birthday/any other excuse for a gift list. Have seen rave reviews but they're so expensive!

Love the T-shirt. I pause my Garmin when I cross the road- every second counts! Run three is a milestone in the program - enjoy it and don't forget the air-punching and whooping when you finish that 20 minute stint :D
