One of our coaches, MJ, did something amazing 24 years ago yesterday... completing the 200m/400m Olympic gold double. We can only dream of such things... but the fact he still looks that good in the uniform nearly a quarter of a century on just shows what running can do for all of us.

No...not really 🤥, but he really is inspiration to keep on running! I think I heard that he suffered a stroke, not too long ago, but he’s more or less back to normal.

I’m sure his level of fitness helped a lot.
