My "running schedule" revolves around two things - parkrun on Saturday and long runs on Thursday.
Although it seems theoretically possible to do some rescheduling of a MYASICS plan - it seems that it doesn't want to do long runs on any other day but Sunday????

Printing it out is a good idea!! - how did you get around inputting the results of each run - if the plan thought you were doing something else?? I am interested to see how the plan adapts itself as I go along. I have never really liked the look of MYASICS much - for example it wants me to do 10:00 jogs - I walk faster than that!!
There is a "log a run" button - and you can put all the data in. But I don't think the plan adapts itself - mine still gives 1:17 as estimated time for the race, even if in the past 2 weeks a lot of the runs I did were faster than what planned.
Oh yes... 10:52/km jogs for me !they are tough
The other thing I don't like is that you can never get rid of the "conditioning" phase - sure if I start training for a HM just after running a 10 k I don't need much conditioning - or do I ? But as all plans it only asks to be tweaked
On my iPad I click on reschedule runs and then press and hold the day I want to move. I think you have to do this a week before the days you want to move as It will not let you jiggle the days around after they have passed. I did that a lot for my HM plan so it fitted in when I wanted to do my long run.
