W1r3.. Whoopee

I was trepidous. Run 2 was hard and I had a feeling run three today would be so tough. I did some yoga before I headed to stretch out. Instead of really struggling I really enjoyed it. For a few moments I also felt like I had found my stride, a very different and great feeling.

Here's to week 2!

Well done. Great feeling eh?? It doesn't seem like 5 minutes ago I was doing week 1. Now I'm on week 5.

Enjoy week 2 😀
