Thanks

My husband bought me a pair of JVC HA-EBX85 hook overs. They come with three different size soft ear pieces to fit a range of ear sizes. They have never fallen out yet and are pretty comfortable. I just had a look and they have the black ones on amazon down from £17.99 to £7.99 with free delivery - might be worth a look.

I can't find any that stay in, so I use the hook over the ear ones too. Love them :-)

I wear glasses so couldn't get on with the hook over ear ones (no space) so use yurbuds which work ok

I have very tiny eardrums :-) and the only headphones I have found overtime that stays in my ears comfortably are (Bose SoundSport In Ear Headphones). They are super comfy ear buds design but unfortunately they are also super expensive :-(
