Can anyone recommend a 10k app that is very similar to 'Lauras' approach?
Not gonna use it yet as I wanna get used to running 5k comfortably, but just for the future.

I think Zen Labs do one , you don't get the encouragement but you do get told when to run / walk etc.
10Kpro I think it is.
I use their c25k app (which someone on here recommended for me) in conjunction with the nhs app because the nhs doesn't always work for me and they are the same run/walk times.
There's probably loads more others will know though.
I used zen labs for a bit too, and then built my own based on a lot of different approaches - zen labs was fine though but got a bit bored doing same run 3 times in a row, so I swapped a run for intervals and did one run as a long slow run
