Not posted for a couple of weeks! Can now manage 30 min runs, yay! Although seemed to lose my mojo after that! Have decided that I've had a two week holiday (in my head) as I've stopped my fitness plan and healthier eating 😐
Starting a new job Monday so am hoping that'll kick start again and I went out with my little helper (or hinderer) for a small trot tonight and did 2.7k with a bit of a run!
