I got out for a little run before it got too hot this morning - turned out to be a good move! ππ
It was a week 3 run - the second I've managed this week - so I might just stay with the program now, do the third then try a week 4. This is heady stuff, I mustn't get too excited (or something else will happenπ)
Ssshhhh, don't tell the running gremlins!

I am happy that you loved the photo of me at my 50th parkrun holding the 50 slogan, I have ordered my 50 red T Shirt, it should arrive either on Monday or Tuesday and I'll wear it at parkrun this Saturday.
Hello Not grumpy, Can you believe it we are both due to complete W3R3 next!? ππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈπ I have no idea if my 'not healed as I had hoped meniscus' will stay happy enough for my onward journey, but I hope so.
Are you aiming at ye olde 3 runs a week? Or planning to take longer than a week for each three runs. I am currently going for 3 runs a week. Next physio appointment not until 10th August.
In an ideal world I would, but it never works out - either I feel like I need an extra day, or it bumps up against pilates or zumba, and I can't fit it in. I'll keep an eye on your runs though to see if we are still matching.
Well done to you! W4R1 for me this morning, but there has been something wrong in the top back of my left leg. Boo! Pains are a pain, aren't they? Knee support on right knee. I shall press on. Happy injury free running to you. πππ»ββοΈDare I ask what is the furthest you have achieved since your fracture?
