Do you know I have not lost 1 lb and the only places that I have lost inches is 1 1/2 from my boobs and 1/2 inch from the top of my arms??? Must be the way I m swinging them to push me forward! Anywhere feeling toned and got my old Levi s on so something's happening ๐Ÿ˜

The areas of fat disappear first, which is bust and bottom. Shame about the bust but there we are. You win some ........ LOL

You're building muscle, which is heavier than fat, so even if your scales say you haven't lost weight you have lost fat and started toning up - wahey! Keep it up and enjoys wearing those jeans :D

You won't be building muscle. You build muscle by going to the gym and pumping iron and probably taking dodgy supplements

Running tones up what muscles you have already and makes them leaner and longer making you appear slimmer and more toned. You have to run beyond 5ks before you start noticing the changes. Having said that, if you eat a healthy diet while on C25k you should lose weight. These changes don't happen over night. You just have to keep plugging away

Good luck x

You wont gain much muscle from running I dont think, but you do gain some I am sure. My calf muscles have doubled in size since I began running and the muscles at the backs of my thighs are noticably larger too.

Unfortunately my weight hasnt changed at all since I began running. But I feel much fitter, which is what matters most to me.

I am 68Kg and 171cm so not over weight, but need to loose some podge above the belt :)
