Did 4K

Despite being a hopelessly unfit asthmatic, I managed 4K today by doing two minutes of running then two minutes of walking and then repeating. Took me 40 minutes but it's the furthest I've ever run on a treadmill. Much prefer it to road running. Next time I'm hoping to do 4.5K.

Well done. I did my first 4k yesterday and it feels great (not so great this morning on my poor knees!) to hit a round number. It took me just over 36 mins of constant jogging outside so 40 mins walk/run sounds like a pretty good pace to me.

Onwards and upwards towards 5k next.

The difference between you and many others is that YOU DID IT. We are ALL very proud of you.
