Wk3 R2 : first 5k!!

Wk3 R2 : first 5k!!

After a really lowsy feeling wk3 r1 i went out today with a plan to really focus on the run and not the clock. I felt a lot stronger today on both 3min runs (9km/h) and at the end of 30mins i still felt pretty fresh. I decided to walk/run at will onto 5km. I finished the last 200m with a solid 12km/h sprint (my fastest yet) . It felt great seeing 5k and that I did it without much in the way doubt at all.

Today was a good day, feeling a little smug to be honest :)
