Hi to all the running lovelies Raised lots for the Devon Air Ambulance and Help for Hero's at Exeter this weekend. We had the most fun ever! Mind you, It was the hardest 5k I have ever done with many hills and ditches but you didn't have to run if didn't want to . A lovely day with my Daughter sharing our love for running and makes this 45/6 year old feel like a teenager again!! This pic says it all really All newbies keep at it, you will love that feeling of achievement of completing week 9 and realise that is only the beginning! xx
