Run or Dye!

Hi all

Just signed me and my daughter up for the Run or Dye race. It's coming to Exeter!! Only a 5k so I'm sure my knee will be okay. Anybody else signed up for one yet! Looks like fun and I may wear my old wedding outfit to give it a splashing!! Happy weekend running! x

I'm doing the one at Chatsworth in October. I actually signed up for it before I could even complete Wk 1 but I thought it would spur me on and it is.

There is a group of us doing it who are at all different levels - some run marathons and a couple, like me, have never run before.

The thing I'm looking forward to the most is that my friend is travelling up from "down sowf" to do it with me. She is the person that inspired me to get out there and run. I followed her c25k and beyond running story via FB last year and, although its taken me a while to get off my bum, she is the one that is encouraging me to do this the most.

That's great! and I think we all have a pal that convinced us to start! I preach about it to my friends on FB too! Good luck at Chatsworth I am sure it will be so much fun!

I have registered interest for Birmingham and Newcastle. Haven't heard anything yet. I'm doing the black light run tomorrow. Can't wait!!!

Hi and yes they don't seem be doing one near you unless you fancy a holiday in Dorset (July)! The Black Light Runs looks great take a piccy for us and have a fantastic time!
