Yes it's tough but you got through another session so good on you. The days when you can comfortably run for 30 mins are ever closer! Good luck with the rest of the plan.
Well done, I'm proud of you that's great. I'm still on week 3 run 3 . Hopefully will do it tomorrow. Today I was working then out all evening with my boss.
