Just back from W7R2 which was TOUGH. Gremlins have learnt a new word,
" JUST". Just give today a miss, just about there you might as well stop now, just slow down and walk for a minute etc etc . Anyway was feeling a bit despondent even though I finished, but Runkeeper tells me I ran quite a bit quicker than normal (not deliberately!). Would this account for me feeling more than usually knackered by the end? Will try and be more aware next run to stay slow.

I think describing my pace as like a bat out of hell would be stretching it somewhat!! However, I take the point and will curb my exuberance on Sunday. Don't want to fail so near the end and I know myself well enough to know that if I don't complete a run I may struggle to get out there again thanks for the advice
