Weather forecast is heavy rain showers & wind gusting to 48 mph. At least at 8 degrees it will be cool

Aye, that would be my thoughts too !! Really not keen on the warmer weather, on my regular route, there's a patch that seems to catch the run and it's really warm/hot there. Would rather it rained !

Although that's a bit too windy to be pleasant !

Thank you. Kirsty is the Jog Scotland facilitator, and I get quite a buzz jogging with a commonwealth games gold winner. Interestingly, when we are walking, she has to jog to keep my walking pace!
