Well all good intentions went completely down the drain tonight! It was hammering it down so thought I'd do my last session of week 4 on the gym treadmill but no, they were all full! Slight deviation on the cross trainer and postponed run later feeling very peeved!!

I'd be really miffed to, I really psych myself up for each run :) still you live to run another day. Who would have thought we would enjoy running so much in such a short space of time!!!

It is amazing how quickly it becomes part of our lives!! I had wanted to be starting week five by Sunday but that won't happen now so am extra miffed!! Never mind, I'm still running further than I ever have!

Get out there and discover the joys of running in the rain! You will be surprised at just how much fun this can be - and don 't try to avoid the puddles, splash straight through them, you will be smiling at the sheer exhuberance of it as much as smiling from the running.
