Yes i miss the structure of C25K and lauras guidance, but this morning it was just nice to decide that i would just nip out for a 20 min run (I really pushed myself on Wednesday to make 5k and had sore legs ) so i just had runkeeper and my music and no pressure....was lovely and i really enjoyed my run....and thats half the battle ☺

By the way, if you'd like a little bit of structure, why not have a go at Laura's c25k+ podcasts. Start with Stepping Stones. Stamina and Speed are harder, but Speed is great because it's only 16 minutes, so perfect for when you want a shorter run (don't be deceived by the length - it's tough, but it does make you feel good and does help with speed!).
That is what I am looking forward to as well (only finished wk9 a couple of days ago). I always liked the idea of just popping out for a run for acshort burst of exercise when there's not enough time for a full exercise class e.g., but I wasn't really up to it. Having done the programme now, that has changed and I know I am able to do it. Am still going to work on speed and distance etc and want to take it further, but it's great to know that it is possible now to just pop out for a run when we feel like it. Well done and all the best!
