How things change...

I'm off work this week and coincidentally it's my Birthday today (21 again) and on a day when I can choose to do pretty much anything I want, what do I choose? A 10km run. How things change! Of course I did also go for a massive pub lunch after (so It's a good job I did the run!).

Does running in the rain before 8am on your Birthday qualify me for some sort of intervention or am I just firmly in the running cult?

A very happy birthday. No intervention required, saved by the pub lunch!

Happy Birthday!

And we are an odd bunch indeed. It was my birthday a few weeks ago and I treated myself to a run at 7 am :)

And a birthday with a run truly warrants a pub lunch.

:) xx

Thanks guys! Have just about recovered from food overload and managed to drag myself out for a nice sunset dog walk to finish off the day!

Ooh yes I did! A nice Asics running jacket, some Nike running gloves, a Buff scarf thing and a 'The Stick' for rolling out muscles.

Oh well done! Quite a haul. The jacket will be a real boon. A buff! Wowsers
