Had a really lovely run on Saturday finishing Week 7. Started Week 8 this evening - aaargh!!! Got to the end (hurrah) but every step was horrible. When Laura said 'Five more minutes' I wanted to shoot her!!

Hey yeah! I remember that feeling! It helped me to picture where I thought I'd be by the end and eat away at the distance - I never wanted to hear anything but 'just 60 seconds to go now' :-). Congratulations on getting to the end!
