slowly slowly catch a monkey?

Recovering from tendonitis injury , was advised to start with 5 mins, twice a week ( physic) am now up to 13 minutes. Had a week skiing ( which doesn't count as tendon was in ski boots) Still running on grass. Can still feel tendon (especially when cutting grass) but not so bad running. I guess I keep building up slowly. Its frustrating as rest of me wants to do more.

Any thoughts appreciated!!?
