Loved it! Here are my results, I got a PB which I am happy with of course, but might try a more low-key parkrun next weekend to see if I can get a better placing!

I wish parkrun was every day! Haha!

Excellent and well done, ghosh you get a lot of runners at yours, you wouldn't get that many at ours, the hills would frighten them off. Ill post my result when it comes through.

684 runners! Blimey - there are usually around 40 of us at Wormwood Scrubs.

Great time OP and congratulations!

No PB for me. In a relatively big field of 149, I did get 2nd in my age group (but then again, the rest were using zimmer frames) :-)

Fabulous & what a result. 4'39'' is a great running pace. In which km did you achieve that? I tried really hard to keep my pace constant today, with good results.

I envy you all. I'm away from home in a parkrun free zone :( so I don't get to run till Monday. Them it's back on the treadmill :(

I did get a pb last week and got under 30 minutes, even my age adjusted score got better to a smidgeon over 50%, and best of all I got 5th in my age group out of ...... 5. hehe it can only get better.

Nice one Op15.

There were 334 runners at my local Parkrun today (Tonbridge) which, I think, is an all time record.

Wow Op, enviable time - you'd have placed 109th out of 336 with that time at our PR today :-D I got my 7th consecutive PB today bringing me down to 35:56 :-) I LOVE Park Run
