OH WHAT A JOY

Hello everyone .After all the support I have received over the last 10 weeks I would just like to say that I have done it Week 9 completed and ,officially a graduate. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could do it. General stamina is much improved as I witnessed yesterday: had to wheelbarrow 6 huge rounds of walnut tree up a steep slope :managed it with breath to spare. Before C25K I got out of breath walking up the same slope to get the post!

I will keep on going and will try C25K+

Once again many thanks
