It was when we were on holiday, it was about 7 o'clock on a lovely sunny morning, think we did about 5k, bit out of Practice at the moment been on the bench for 5 months, getting there did 3. 78 k this morning happy, with that . Pat

Snazzy running gear!! I have a running belt that looks a bit like that - it has 3 small water bottles that fit into the small of my back and is quite comfortable.
