I started using my C2 5K app on my iphone last Monday and now I cannot miss a day! I am so proud of myself and so happy that I am enjoying this daily routine. It makes me want to be more careful about the foods I eat was well, because if I eat junk, my body will ache and exercise will really be un enjoyable.

Well done you! I'm in a similar position - just starting week 2 and loving it. In between runs I do ex bike - 2 sessions of 15 mins and also some weights. I feel good about developing the habit too I hope you have a good week!
Well done, but as has been said don't forget your rest days. This is most important when you get further on in the programme. You will get to love it more and this site is great. Always support and help when needed. You can do it.

Im the very same.. My mood is better my skin is fresh looking and not grey I'm so picky with what i eat i want to eat well and fuel my body.. ALLL positives .. keep going
