Fed up really want to get going again, spent weekend full of cold and resting leg but felt much better this morning. Went out to lunch with mum for her birthday and leg muscle playing up again had to call into chemist for support bandage......fed up!

Yep it's not much fun here on the IC. But one thing you know from this forum you will get back to it.Maybe not right where you left off but back to the programme. So don't rush things...

I know its very frustrating , I know you just want to get out there and run, but best to take a couple of days rest now rather than risking it and injuring yourself for weeks .

I am no stranger to the Injury Couch , I have had a bad hip problem but here I am , running around like a new born spring lamb, well not quite, but you know what I mean :-)

You WILL get better , you really will . Time and patience are great healers !

I wish you all the very best and hope you feel better soon xxx

Im doing okay, thanks :-)

Not 100% yet , but at least I can get out there and I can build up on increasing my times/runs as long as I do my exercises every day and do them correctly and I don't have any pain .

At least you will know on Monday what it is and how it can be fixed , that's the main thing. Then you can work on getting fit again .xxx

that's great poppy :D really pleased you back out there :D

Hopefully will be back better and stronger :D xxxx

Don't worry, you'll be back out there soon enough when your muscles heal. One of the first lessons we learn as runners is patience :)
