Should be heading out for Week 3 Run 3 right about now but the gremlin's just showed up telling me I'm too tired after a tough workout yesterday. I'm inclined to just go for it and worst case scenario -should i mess up/give up-, just redo the run.
When y'all are feeling spent, do you just push on through or give yourselves an extra day's rest?

I did! I was already doing my brisk walk when i saw your reply and honestly it gave me just the boost i needed! I even went further in the 30 mins, i can't believe it!

Yep, I went out and gave it my best. Absolutely shattered but glad it’s done. You’re right about not being too harsh on ourselves. Will remember this as we go into Week 4 and beyond! X
