run 10K in a virtual race with other C25K graduates. We all set off at the same time 10AM, from our various towns and cities. I said I would probably never run a race, but this suits me perfectly! There's even a medal! I wonder how many other members here know about this? You can find it through the C25K FaceBook pages..

Really it's just an excuse tom get me out there doing a long run instead of shirking...I know I won't come anywhere near the top, but I thought it was quite emotional thinking that we all started on C25K and are all running at the same time..

Well done Curly I'm doing one from Lands end to John O'groats. Luckily we have a year to complete it Though.

I'm doing my first 10k tomorrow too. So I'll be thinking of you as we start at 10am too.

How far is that? Do you add all your runs together, or send GPS evidence to someone who does it for you? Sounds brilliant!

It's 640 miles and they send you a postcard every so often from where you are. You just Facebook them your mileage I have proof but not been asked for it so far. There's a medal at the end too. Look on Facebook lands end to John O'groats there's a link to the Web site.

There are indeed 3 that I know of - C25kers on FB, Beyond C25K, and this virtual race page. I use them all..... not obsessed or anything you understand...
