Well have tried a few things and today did wk1R1 of B210K...did it and was pleased but think it would be difficult to do as is...work and OH hip replacement which was postponed and is now this coming Thursday would make it difficult during the week.😜

So here's the plan...1 run from c25k a week working on speed..starting with a week 1 and moving through the weeks. 1 run of 30 minutes trying to improve speed. Then a weekend run using B210K....building up to 10k.

..Oh and I can now say "Think I will just go out for a 20 minute jog"😊😊😊😊....get me !!!!

Sounds like a good plan pot58 you could aslo mix in the C25K+ podcasts as they are good for speed, stamina etc

Where can you find the c25k+ podcasts? I'm only on week 6 and completed run 2 today, but I would like to be preiared for my hopeful graduation 😁
