It didn't stop raining But I did go out and practice some of those techniques as no records were about to be broken in the gales!!

I think it will take a few sessions to try and get these techniques correct... hopefully be out again tonight so will try and focus on posture, cadence, foot fall and lean as best as I can...

It's a lot to think about all at once, but it might chase away the gremlins, if you have any that is!
