Go to All Posts and on the right hand side you will see Pinned Posts, click on GRADUATION BADGE and leave a message for our wonderful administrators to pick up.

To change your profile pic, open your profile and click on EDIT PROFILE on the right hand side of the banner. This should give you the opportunity to edit profile and/or upload a new profile pic. Apparently this does not always work on tablets or phones.
