Really enjoying week 6, the confidence from the 20 minute run does add something. My breathing is always fine, just the legs and brain sometimes conspire to tell me I'm tired, but I'm not! Anyone else get pain in the bit between inside heel and ankle bone? Is it a tendon?

those old head gremlins will try to get to you at anytime !!! you tell em to do one !
Sorry dont know about the pain in your foot but someone will come along with the answer i am sure
I guess it depends if it is really painful or just a niggle ?
Hi I have same problem with heel.It has stopped me running for past 3 weeks.I'm still new at this too.I'm still limping when I walk. Can't even consider running.I'm determined one day I will start again .Good luck .
There are lots of things it could be. It could be none of them. Perhaps it's the new runners thing. You do get these niggly aches and pains as your body adjusts to the new forces being exerted upon it. As you get stronger with your running these will hopefully clear up
I assume you have good running shoes. If so then maybe an anti-inflammatory pain killer immediately before sleep does help. You might need a rest for a few days
