I can't believe it I'm so over the moon. I have a lung disease which nearly killed me had it not been diagnosed early. It gives me the lung capacity of an 8 yr old. I used to be on 300 tablets a month. I came off the tablets last year and have been slowly exercising. I carried out a lung function test the other day and I'm back up to 109% of a 44 yr olds lung capacity with a volume of 6 to 7 litres. Doc said im in remission at the moment so im doing everything to stay healthy. He said the running has been strengthening my lungs and working them real good. Hes happy I'm over the moon. What a fantastic week I'm having. Wk6r3 tomorrow can't wait :)
